Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), is a kind of tunnel tunneling special engineering machinery, widely used in subway, railway, highway, municipal, hydropower and other tunnel, underground comprehensive pipe gallery engineering and other fields.China's shield machine production and use are relatively late, but the progress is rapid. At present, China has become the most important shield machine manufacturer in the world.Due to the complex manufacturing process and high performance requirements of raw materials, the main bearings used in shield tunneling machines in China used to rely on imports for a long time. Since 2008, Xinqianglian has launched the research project of "Special Slewing Bearing for Shield Tunneling Machine". The shield machine main bearing developed by myself in 2009 was applied to the large-scale composite earth pressure balance shield machine with a diameter of 7.26 meters and the first "Shanghai core" independently designed and manufactured by domestic customers.
